Its a great trade...for u. Really doubt the Kyrie owner will go for this. Maybe offer AlJeff straight up for Kyrie and see if that gets conversation going.

Selling out on the big man stats seems like a strong move - I like the 1 for 1.  For the 2 for 2, I'm not sure I'd actually prefer Monta to Thomas - really similar profile, but Thomas turns it over way less.  And Keith Smart's a problem, but not as big as Monta's injury issues.
