I'd stay put with Love but look to move Bargnani for some combination of FG%/BLK/STL.

Hey Buser! Someone offered AK 47 for Bargnani. It does come with FG%/BKL/STL like you said. But I will lose a ton of scoring ya? Should I go down with it?

AlJeff has been average all year. This last game was his first big game. I would keep Love. I would keep Bargs over AK47 also.
