I noticed that Josh Smith's number mirror those of last year after Horford was out for the year. any slide there are does the lost of Johnson keep them high? 0% Agree (0 votes) |

Yes, a worst-case in the trade-off from JJ to Horford is a wash for Smith. Lou Williams is around to soak up some usage, but he's not going to player starter's minutes, so there aren't many reasons to expect a regression offensively.

I definately see a case for no decline in points but what about Reb?

Horford's career reb% = 16.5
Zaza's reb% last season = 16.4

I disagree about the potential impact of LouWill. He actually had a higher usage rate than JoeJohn last season
LW - 26.3 MPG / 25.5 USG
JJ - 35.5 MPF / 23.0 USG
I think LouWill will play 30+ MPG this season. His arrival cancels out the positve impact of the JoeJohn departure. Based on this, I think the return of Horford will negatively impact Smith's PTS/REB/AST stats.

^ I would think Teague is the one player that benefits from Joe Johnson being shipped out. Plus I think Smith maintains the same rebounding numbers as before due to the drop off from Marvin Williams to Kover/Morrow/Stevenson.
