Anyone thinks this dude keeps hitting the three ball with regularity? He had another 2 tonight, making him 10-17 on the year. 100% Agree (2 votes) |

Yup absolutely. Last year he started shooting them. If he added a 3 to last years production it would make him top 5.

Well, he did only make 7 of 31 (23%) in 64 games last season, so that wasn't much of a start.. but these early signs are encouraging. I bumped up his 3PA a bit, but I'm expecting the 59% shooting to cool

Does Millsap get more perimeter shots with Favors in the starting lineup?

Is Utah over him? He hasn't played at the end of close games the last 3 games its been close.
His stats the last week are terrible...try to move him after a big game? 0% Agree (0 votes) |

Not sure how much of a coincidence it is that his bad stats have coincided with Mo Williams sitting out [link]. Meanwhile, Favors' season numbers jump a ton when Williams has been on the bench [link]. I'm not in favor of selling for whatever you can get, but the underlying truth is that Favors is their future and Millsap is not. As it's been said before, I struggle to find a currently suitable trade partner.

How interesting AZ18, last year I made the same trade in reverse -- gave my Lawson for Millsap, and it was one of the moves that put me over the top. Very curious to see how your version plays out should it come to fruition.
But to the main point, I see this lull as the precursor to a Millsap trade. IMO, he's already gone.

Yeah the owner is playing hardball as I have CP3 and Rondo he doesnt want me to dominate assists/stls for some reason.
Oneof the reasons I want to keep Millsap is a posible trade. He was such a beast last year and if he is traded to a destination where he starts and plays 32+MPG he is going to be top 10 fantasy value most likely.
I tried KG and Barnes for Lawson but he wont budge damnit! lol..

Any chance this current situation with Millsap turns around and hes still a top 20 guy? Or are Millsap owners just going to have to pray for a trade from Utah?

I'm in a similar position with Millsap. I've been shopping him for more traditional bigs (Horford, Ibaka, Randolph, etc.) but I'm afraid to sell low. He always seems to have the ability to blow up at any point but right now I think he's feeling the pressure of Favors breathing down his neck. It just doesn't seem to be doing anyone much good right now.
At this point I feel like his value isn't high enough to get much in return so I'm praying for a trade to a team that can feature him.

Well I tried for Lawson and didnt get anywhere, but the owner also had a whole lot of injuries. Made a blockbuster trade D Wade, Rubio for Millsap and KG. Pretty happy with what I get back for Millsap considering hes up n down, taking a risk on the injured Wade and Rubio but I love the upside to fit alongside my Rubio, CP3 and Ibaka core.
