Yes. He has high perceived value at the moment, but not true high value. Look at how he is doing right now:

He is an average scorer, great rebounder, average/below average blocker for a big, good FG% shooter, and terrible FT% shooter. When he goes off for his 16 point 16 rebound nights, everyone ignores that he maybe got 1 block, shot like #$%! from the FT line, and got no other valuable stats.
I highly doubt you could get a Horford, Milsap, or Iggy for him, that'd be highway robbery. However he provides really good value (2nd-3rd round) to a punt FT% team so I would try and float some offers to whoever owns Dwight Howard and see if you can get a 3rd-4th rounder out of him.
In a league where you do keep 4, you definitely want to try and trade up and get the best possible 4 keepers. Kyrie, Al, George & Lawson are a great set of 4 keepers, so adding Aldridge doesn't really help that much long-term since you can only keep 4 of them (unless of course Lawson keeps playing like crap and plays himself out of top-48 consideration).
