Hey guys,

I have to pick up an SG for short term or potentially long term use. It's a 10 team, 14 player, 8 cat league - pretty shallow so the waiver wire is chock ful o names. I'm debating between Shved, Foye, Hayward and to a lessor extent Jack, Singler and Stuckey. FG% is not important to me, I'm looking for bumps in points, 3's, steals and possibly FT%. If this player turned out to be a longer term solution than Assists would be nice.

Right now I'm leaning towards Shved, although Foye might be carving out a nice niche for himself in Utah. I would love to hear an argument for one of the others, Thanks!

I have Foye in my 12 team league and he has been valuable so far....but only because I missed the boat on Shved.

Having said that though, with Rubio coming back soon, i'm not too sure he can maintain this run.  He could also be getting more touches because AK is out?

Foye is safe bet, Shved more upside?

That's spot on, "Foye is a safe bet, but Shved has more upside."

Right now, for the next week or two, I just want consistent, 12-16 pts, 2 3's and a steal or two out of the SG spot... so Foye could be the call. But it would be rough to look back in a month or two and see Shved flourishing alongside Rubio (who I own and am holding onto) - which is what it seems like Adelman is predicting.

Thanks for the feedback.

Team needs could dictate, as well, as I'm assuming fairly similar impact overall. Foye for more 3PM, Shved for more counting stats - both players will struggle in FG%.
