As if this guy doesn't have his own post yet, he's been as good as anyone. Take out threes and he's ranked 13th overall on the season, largely due to his ridiculous .721 FG%, and that's with only averaging 12.5 PTS, 0.6 AST, 0.6 STL, and 0.7 BLK, if he can get those numbers up a bit he's entering first round value folks. He's also shooting a respectable .768 FT%, so he doesn't hurt you there. Mike Woodson must be doing something right. The pressing questions are:
1. Can he improve his secondary stats? His 12.5 points are a career high, so you can't expect much more than that, but his 0.7 BLK are a career low so I imagine that number will rise a bit.
2. How will Amare's return affect him? Not much I'm guessing.
3. Can he keep it up? Are you holding on to him, or selling high? The NBA record for highest FG% in a season is .727 by Wilt Chamberlain in 1972-73. I have to think Chandler's will normalize a bit, but I think he can keep it above .625 for sure.

As you said, he'll normalize a bit, but the only real reason to sell high would be if you have massive overkill in some combination of FG%/REB/TO. He's doing what you drafted him to do, just better than expected

Tyson Chandler suffered a bruised left knee in Wednesday's 117-94 loss in Denver after Corey Brewer backed into the side of his leg. He was limping noticeably when he left the Pepsi Center. Chandler didn't speak to the media before Thursday night's game because he was getting treatment. It was the first game the center has missed this season.
When Chandler fell, it appeared serious, especially the way he clutched his knee and pounded the floor. Chandler needed assistance from Chris Copeland and Kurt Thomas to get to the locker room. After the game, Chandler said he hadn't undergone an X-ray or MRI and that he didn't want to. Woodson called Chandler day-to-day. "He banged his knee pretty hard," he said. "Hopefully, he'll be ready to practice on Saturday and go from there."

Hi,
how do we see knicks rotation looking like this week?
how many minutes can each Camby (40?) & Martin (35) handle?
any idea of which big man they could sign?

Looking like a mess. If Melo can't go, they are going to have to go very small and will lose by a lot. Camby can't handle much at all, Kenyon will play more but who knows if he can handle it.

are you saying prigioni could be a better bet? he's already 35 too....
any idea why shumpert does not play more in this mess?

I'm saying that nobody is a good bet. Shumpert has been mostly unproductive and is competing with JR Smith, Kidd, and Novak for minutes.

Chances Chandler suits up for all four games next week?

Looking like 50-50 right now. The away/home back-to-back on Tues/Wed complicates things, but we should have info on his traveling to BOS or not on Monday.

Amir Johnson was recently dropped in my league. I have Chandler now on IR and debating dropping him for Johnson. In semi finals now... Thoughts? Or could drop kirilenko? Thanks.

Yes, add Amir. If Chandler is on the IR, then why would you need to drop him?

I've dropped Korver and added marion for his tuesday thursday. My plan was to activate chandler on friday and drop marion. ESPN has it so when a player thats on IR plays, they lose their IR status such that you can't add players or make any transactions until you activate the now non-eligible IR spot.
Thus, i would either have to drop Chandler or Kirilenko. My question is...which one?
Thank you.

Nope. All I know is none of the recent reports are positive.
Center Tyson Chandler missed his ninth straight game Friday night amid growing concern he has a pinched nerve in his neck. There is no longer a timetable for his return. Twelve days ago, after an MRI exam uncovered a bulging disk in his cervical spine, the Knicks announced he would be back in one week. “There’s always a concern but he’ll be fine,’’ coach Mike Woodson said. “We’re just being cautious. Eventually, he’ll be back. I like to think he’s getting better. He’ll let us know when it’s time for him to step back on the floor.’’

Yeah, I just cut him loose in a H2H where semis start Monday. If I hear anything positive, I'm buying right away, but I can't carry that dead weight. Now if I can get strong enough to cut Lawson...
