I have been offered Greg Monroe for Ryan Anderson. Based on pre-season projections, trade analysis, and remaining season projections, it seems I should move on this deal. But the addition of Monroe to my team seems to make it worse. I have pasted my analysis below.

Should I move on this trade?

There are aspects of this deal that concern me:

- Will Monroe's high turnover rate continue?

- Will Monroe's overall slump continue (ie. FG%, low rebounds)? Is Drummond a factor?

Is this roto? I do think that Monroe will improve from what we've seen, but there's not much reason to buy low right now with Anderson. You were offered this deal because Monroe is slumping. And the trade does make you less balanced, so that's why you look "worse" after you make the switch. I might counter with Gerald Wallace and see what the other managers says.

Thanks for the reply. Yes this is roto. I don't know if the other owner would take Wallace simply because Wallace hasn't been putting up his value so far.

Do you see Anderson seeing a drop off once Davis is back? Does he return to the bench?

I don't see a drop-off coming for Anderson coming, regardless of specific role.
