I'm still contemplating which one to keep my keepers league, its H2H format and my other keepers would be Love, Lebron, Rose, Jrue, Klay .. Normal 9 cats league, very competitive.

They are both very close, Marc wins blocks, Lee wins pts, my question then really comes down to which one will be a better player down the road as its a dynasty league.  My thoughts are that Lee will have no competition at his position (Carl Landry?!?), but he will not be the first or second option behind Bogut and Curry maybe even fighting Klay.  The plus side is that both Curry and Bogut are huge injury risks, and both could go down, leaving it wide open for Lee to keep the action flowing.  Marc on the other hand is just rock solid, and has improved in everything besides pts, but that was with Randolph out most of the season.  Marc is younger by two years, but both are entering primes in their basketball careers.

Who'd you rather have, and why? I'm leaning more towards Marc becuase he gets the defensive stats and percentages, both of which are harder to come by than pts and boards.

In an isolated case, Gasol.  However, you've got a very nice punt blocks team going at the moment, so i'd really evaluate who the likely keepers are, and who the likely available players will be in the first couple rounds to see if strategically you'd be better off keeping Lee and punting blocks.

Another consideration, Gasol plays 11 games in the H2H playoffs, Lee plays 9.

Last, yes Gasol is likely better in a keeper/dynasty league.  However given the fact you have to keep 6 players, you likely will turn over 1 or maybe 2 keepers per year.  So no harm in keeping Lee this year and cutting loose next year if need be.

Great advice, I am looking at possible trades for both players to maybe get some draft picks down the line.  The punting blocks angle is great, but I am not a fan of giving up on a category :P

I'm hoping i can put some trades on the board and see what people offer.

Gasol JR is younger and a more across the board type. I would throw Klay back and keep Lee and Gasol. klay is easy to replace.

The 6th keeper needs to be a Sophomore (164 games or less) so in order to keep Marc and Lee I'd have to drop another player (Lebron, Rose, Jrue).  My only other sophomore is Jonas Valanciunas, whom I love but can't justify keeping over Klay.

I guess another way to look is that I have 5 keepers to choose from the following: Love, Rose, Lebron, Ilyasonova, Marc, Jrue, Lee.  Then for my sophomore 6th keeper i have to choose between Jonas Valanciunas and Klay Thompson.

I'm really high on Jrue, not only has he been given the floor, but its also his contract year and from his talk you can tell he feels he is good enough for a max contract.  He'll need to really step up his game, into order to meet his own lofty expectations, which I think he'll do it.

I'd actually go Ilyasova over either of them. But I'm a believer. cheerleader
