Dwayne Wade and Jameer Nelson had a baby together and named him Kemba Walker. This guy is having a fantastic season so far. He's maintained top 25 stats all season long with huge games sprinkled in. Anyone think we should we be buying before the hype really kicks into gear and he's untouchable? Or does anyone think he's still going to drop off? I'm salivating looking at his stats and thinking about going all out to get him in a keeper league. Thoughts?

He's most certainly been among the biggest pleasant surprises of the season. He's shown tremendous growth in two areas that most control his fantasy upside (FG%, STL%). What do you see as going all out? I'm sure the current Kemba owner is ecstatic with his numbers/potential and would need a lot to move him as it stands. He's still a jumpshooter and thus will be prone to streaks - if you are planning an offer, perhaps it should wait for a rough patch.

i totally agree with matt, you're going to be hard-pressed to pry kemba away from his owners at this point, so it's probably not a good idea to buy him high right now.  of course it all depends on what you're offering, but in a keeper league he's going to fetch a pretty penny.  if you can do it congrats, i don't see him slowing down anytime soon.

i don't really see the need for him with irving, lawson, and dragic on your team, but if you can package dragic and derozan or boozer for him, that would be a trade worth doing i think.

Just offered Dragic and Favors to my brother in our keepers league for Kemba and Cousins. We'll see if he bites. He's been crying about Cousins and may be sick enough of him to deal. Buy low window should be wide open.

sorry man, but your brother has to be crazy to accept that deal, cousins might be on thin ice right now, but in a keeper league he's still got 1-2 round value.  gotta start negotiating somewhere i guess.

True what Capi have said it.

He will be crazy if accept the deal, I wouldnt trade just Kemba for those two (Dragic is total bust from what has been expected) not to mention if DMC its also included in a deal.
