Kirk's career seemed to be in full blown decline but I think there's a real opportunity for him to have a nice bounce-back year in CHI.  DRose may not play a game this season - the earliest he would return is sometime after the All-Star break.  Hinrich is the clear starting PG and should see at least 30MPG.  He will provide a nice combo of 3PM/AST/STL and I expect top 100 value.  That's not too bad for a guy going at pick 150.

I think top 100 is asking a bit much.  He'll have a steady role no doubt (if he himself can stay healthy), but he's not half the player he was, and the Bulls are creative, so I don't see him making that big of a difference on fantasy teams.  Stash him on the end of your bench, sure, but don't expect him to crack the top 125.

This Bulls team has been built the last 3 seasons around a superstar PG running the show.  The PG position is still a big part of this team.  I'm not saying that Hinrich is the top 50 player that he was back from 05-07 but I'm not so sure he's washed up at age 31.  He absolutely loved playing in CHI and now, after toiling in a back-up role in WAS & ATL, he's back as the clear starter while Rose is out - which is possibly for the whole season.  Yes, Hinrich has declined & No, I don't like him beyond this season but I think there's a reasonable shot that his FG% bumps up a little and he puts up a line of 1.2 3PM/12PT/2REB/6AST/1STL/2TO.  I'm all for taking him 3-5 rounds after guys like Brandon Knight, Stuckey, and Jameer Nelson.

Even if Hinrich plays 30 mpg (which is not a complete given imo), he'll still need to improve his per-minute production a decent bit to be top 100 I think.  Last year he averaged almost 26 mpg, but came in at 6.6 ppg, 2.1 rpg, 2.8 apg, 1.0 3pm and 0.8 steals.  Not so great.  extrapolate that out to 30 mpg and it's still like 8 points, 2.5 rebs, 3.5 assists, 1.2 3s, and maybe 1 steal/game, with %s that aren't helping much either.  That's not a top 100 player or really that close.

I know it's a different team but I don't see how Chicago will be all that great for him or why his per minute production would suddenly take a spike upwards from what it's been the past couple years, which isn't that good frankly.  Not too high on Kirk.
