14 team keeper league and I have #3. Do I choose Paul/Love and pair him with Irving. I like that Love can be a C/F. I hate to pass up Paul but I think Im better off taking Love..Thoughts? First timer and would really appreciate the help.

I love the foundation that Paul/Kyrie give you. Kyrie stronger in pts/3pm, paul stronger in ast/stl, both very good in %s. That's the direction I go, and then you get a good look at all those strong bigs stacked up in Rd2-5.

You know...I have seen tons of people taking love over paul so far this year...

Chris paul has been top 3 overall for like 3 or 4 years straight. His value has always been in the exact same range as lebron and durant for YEARS. Paul was the hands down first overall pick just a few seasons ago. Love is fantastic as well, and yes, the rbs/3's combo is nice, but Paul should be in the conversation with lebron/durant, not love/westbrook.

Unless you feel paul is an injury risk, that is fair enough.

I have #2 overall, and I was toying with durant/lebron/paul (obviously whomever the first guy takes is out), until I saw pauls playoff schedule for my league (we start our playoffs a touch early then everyone else) and its terrible. That made my choice an easy one. But if it wasnt for that, I would still be seriously considering paul vs lebron vs durant.

my point...unless you are worried about paul being injury prone, he has been neck and neck with lebron and durant for years. Should be an easy choice. (i dont do keeper leagues, so perhaps that changes things abit)

You right about the playoff schedule. We also got rid of that last week of the season and Love has a 4-4-4 compared to Paul who has a 3-4-3, so yes maybe Love would be my choice. Thanks for helping a newb out.
