Sorry if there's already a thread, can't seem to find a search function. Anyhoo, what are you projections for Bledsoe? Preseason may not mean anything but he at least looks a little more seasoned than last year. BBM's 15 mpg seems a little low.

Can he provide consistent production next year? Does anyone have him rostered?

The guy is a stud.  Unfortunately he's playing behind the best PG in the game.  He won't get enough playing time to be relevant.  If CP3 gets injured, however............taz

Surprised to see this guy as the highest ranked free agent in my league (8-cat).  88th in less than 20 min per game certainly suggests the potential is there.  Doesn't hit many 3s though.

Ridiculous production so far [BkRef]:

60% of his FGA coming at the rim or close [Hoopdata]

Can someone please perform some sort of voodoo to get this guy up to 25 minutes a game? Is 25 minutes too much to ask? If he was given the minutes, he would instantly become a high second rounder.

Deserving of higher projection across the board based on current production? Currently is top 100 in 8-cat rankings but projected at 175. Thanks.

Moved him up a bit, but it's hard to wrap my head around 3.0 STL and 1.4 BLK per-36. say what?

This guy is putting up some SERIOUS per-36 numbers, and has a fantasy-friendly game. Even 25 mpg would be enough.

It's a real nice upside pickup considering he's probably got a current season rank higher than standard bench guys. Unfortunately, that upside is never likely to get realised when you're playing in one of the deepest teams in the league behind one of the best point guards in the league.

Yeah, the cloud hanging here is that two players that will certainly figure in the wing rotation (Chauncey Billups, Grant Hill) have played a total of 60 minutes so far.

Rotoworld seems to really be pimping this guy out but I dont see any real value unless CP3 stays out quite long term or he gets traded as the Clippers are really deep and some minutes have to go to Green, Billups and Hill as well as the usuals when everyones healthy right? So am I missing something besides Bledsoe being good as a spot start?

Agree, I don't see any long term value this season unless CP3 goes down. Some possible value if Crawford gets hurt. And I doubt Clippers trade him this year. They'll keep him around as insurance in case CP3 doesn't resign with them. If CP3 resigns, I bet they trade him. And if he even has a chance at a starting NBA job next year, I'll be drafting him. He can play.

CP3 has already missed two games with a "bruised kneecap" and will miss Thursday too.  If you can afford to stash Bledsoe on the speculation that the injury might be worse than reported (or currently diagnosed), I would do so.  Bledsoe is already owned in my league, which is a deep league.

Ive got Thomas Robinson as my upside guy on my bench who I am waiting on (seeing if he'll take over JTs job), would you drop him for Bledsoe? Ive really been thinking about it

Bledsoe could be a good short term pickup given the news that Paul is being held out, that the "bruised kneecap" is actually a bone bruise, and that more tests will be done.  Plus the ambiguous "no timetable."  Some bone bruises take more time than others to heal.
