I kind of a good idea on what I should do, but I would appreciate some outside inputs. In one of my keeper league that uses slightly different categories (PTs, REB, ASST, STL, BLK, TO, and FGM) - no % and no 3's, I have the option to keep 3 of the below.

Bynum, Harden, Lawson, Ibaka, and Faried.

I'm definely keeping Bynum, injury be darned. While in standard league, Harden and Lawson would almost be no brainers, a lot of their values comes from the solid percentages and the 3's. On the other hand, one can argue that Ibaka's good value comes from his not hurting people't FT% and he doesn't quite score enough (FGM and Pts means that scoring is valued more). So I would appreciate some thoughts on this.

For last season (just for reference), Bynum is 13th, Ibaka is 24th, Lawson is 50th, Harden is 89.

Wow, that sucks.  4 awesome keepers, but they're not good given your settings.  Lawson has good %s and 3s, no use, Harden good %s, gets to the line a lot, and 3s which all don't count.

I'm leaning towards bynum, ibaka and faried.  Mainly because Harden and Lawson aren't going to go out and all of a sudden score more FGs.  However given that Ibaka and Faried are only scored in the 9-10 points range.  I just see Ibaka and Faried adding say 2 more FGM and 4 more points to be more likely than Harden and Lawson thereby increasing their values significantly more.

Also Ibaka and Faried got fewer minutes, so I can see them adding 3 more minutes to their playing time more likely than Harden or Lawson.
