FilterGeorge Hill3/30/2015 12:27 PMdrdoom 100% (4)drafting and holding for george hill was the best decision I've made this season. (other than drafting curry 1 overall and picking up gobert)
FilterGeorge Hill3/12/2015 1:12 PMmbuser 0% (0)We look at a combination of short- and long-term data when arriving at ease. The Bucks' defense has been stout as a team, and has remained as such since MCW's arrival.
FilterGeorge Hill3/12/2015 12:16 PMnt251 0% (0)How relevant are season-long data sets with MCW swapped in for Knight?
FilterGeorge Hill3/12/2015 10:58 AMmbuser 100% (1)The Bucks have been one of the toughest matchups for PG all season.
FilterGeorge Hill3/12/2015 10:19 AMterryalj 0% (0)Why is George Hill's ease so negative today?
FilterGeorge Hill3/2/2015 12:10 PMwxyz99 0% (0)IF Paul George comes back before fantasy playoffs, and IF he plays well, would George Hill benefit from a fantasy perspective?
 FilterGeorge Hill2/27/2015 8:33 PMdishinNswishin 100% (1)cute line.
 FilterGeorge Hill2/19/2015 9:21 AMEnderDantes 0% (0)Yea, Broussard is horrible. See Exhibit A. https://twitter.com/dempseypost/status/568419784305479680
FilterGeorge Hill2/18/2015 7:36 PMjphanned 100% (6)60% of the time, Chris Broussard is wrong 100% of the time. Wouldn't take stock in anything he reports, though I think Denver is open to dealing Lawson.
FilterGeorge Hill2/18/2015 7:28 PMthisguy 0% (0)I don't see how this trade helps either team, i seriously doubt it will come to fruition
FilterGeorge Hill2/18/2015 7:19 PMcalvers 0% (0)Sounds like there's some buzz about Hill being swapped for Lawson. I personally don't think it will happen, but what would happen to his value if he went to Denver?
FilterGeorge Hill2/14/2015 3:48 PMmbuser 100% (1)Hill is one guy to watch coming out of the break. Vogel should be comfortable scaling up his minutes, and then we see how much of that unprecedented per-minute production he can maintain.
FilterGeorge Hill2/14/2015 2:18 PMhsahardid 100% (1)Does his weekly projections deserve a bump? Seems like he's turning a page lately.
FilterGeorge Hill2/11/2015 9:14 PMmanpanzee 100% (3)Amazing numbers on a per-minute basis, and it looks pretty sustainable -- his TS% was around his career average entering tonight. It's all because his usage rate is way, way up. Given the fact that he plays for the Indiana Pacers, it seems totally plausible to me that he maintains a career-high usage rate. Consistently efficient shooter + major increase in usage rate = Classic breakout candidate
FilterGeorge Hill2/10/2015 11:20 AMjphanned 100% (4)A good buy low right now if you're shopping to people only looking at his raw per-game rank. Short-term FT% blip dragging it down.
 FilterGeorge Hill2/6/2015 8:56 PMtc2000 0% (0)dang 15 FTA's, impressive
FilterGeorge Hill1/28/2015 4:26 PMLaDoumaille 100% (6)Come on Hill now, stay healthy for more than 24 hours please !
FilterGeorge Hill1/27/2015 2:58 PMmbuser 0% (0)Hill has a much clearer path to minutes. If you need boards, then wait for Hill to get the starting gig back and up his market value.
FilterGeorge Hill1/27/2015 2:37 PMdunishr 0% (0)I had someone offer David Lee, and while I'm in need of rebounds, I think I like Hill's ceiling more... and Lee is only averaging 19.3 min himself.
FilterGeorge Hill1/27/2015 2:27 PMmbuser 0% (0)The plan remains for him to be the starter but they'll ease him back into the role and not risk re-injury. Obviously the small sample numbers look great, but they'll normalize when he and the team are at full strength. I'm not sure who would be buying high right now in any case.
FilterGeorge Hill1/27/2015 2:12 PMdunishr 0% (0)I'm wondering the same thing. His per-minute numbers look great, but it doesn't look like he will approach the projection of 32.1 min.
FilterGeorge Hill1/27/2015 1:56 PMkairox13 0% (0)Numbers are looking pretty good for a lowly 20mins. Think he can keep it up or sell high when i get the chance?
FilterGeorge Hill1/17/2015 6:14 PMbigsmoothjoe 83% (6)Thinking about dropping Deron Williams for Hill. Solid move?
FilterGeorge Hill1/15/2015 2:07 PMEnderDantes 75% (4)Out again this weekend. Who would have thought he would have only played 5 more games than Paul George so far this season. He's made of twinkie filling. The softest.
FilterGeorge Hill1/15/2015 8:30 AMterryalj 100% (1)Think you have to hold for now. Should go back to normal, if not better than normal, down the stretch.

FilterGeorge Hill1/2/2015 5:40 PMdishinNswishin 0% (0)Sounds like more rest than legit injury, but this pacer vagueness is irritating.
FilterGeorge Hill1/2/2015 11:41 AMmbuser 0% (0)We're waiting to find out. No details as of yet, but they'll be added to his status note when they are available.
FilterGeorge Hill1/2/2015 11:29 AMJonPerryDAL 0% (0)What's going on with this groin soreness? 1 game rest, or injury with no timetable?
FilterGeorge Hill12/15/2014 5:58 PMjphanned 100% (1)Just added some more details to his latest update. Looks like a return will come in the next week or two.
FilterGeorge Hill12/15/2014 5:19 AMSully14 0% (0)Glad to hear he's getting close to return. Let's hope he can get a bit closer to his 12-13 averages rather than last years.
FilterGeorge Hill12/15/2014 12:36 AMtopfusion1 0% (0)I've been holding on to him for a month already. Big mistake. I think at this point need to ride it out till he plays. I think he will be right at his projected averages
FilterGeorge Hill12/11/2014 3:34 PMjyang61107 0% (0)Stash him now by dropping either Mario Chalmers or Reggie Jackson?
FilterGeorge Hill12/11/2014 3:30 PMunbigote 0% (0)I suppose it is time for me to finally swap out Chalmers for him.
FilterGeorge Hill12/11/2014 3:12 PMEnderDantes 100% (1)Looks like we are finally moving in the right direction, albeit slowly. At this point, I'll take accurate Indy reporting the rest of the way until his return. Upside still looks good, especially considering strong playoff schedule. Must....remain....patient
FilterGeorge Hill12/11/2014 12:17 PMjphanned 100% (1)If anyone is built for a 6th man role on that team it's Stuckey. Hill losing his starting job (other than maybe the first game while he gets his feet wet) doesn't make any sense.
FilterGeorge Hill12/11/2014 12:12 PMdyraks 0% (2)just read in the "rumors" section of espn dated 12/9, that its possible hill returns as a backup..vague for sure but i just can't see this long term. Maybe just off injury for a bit, however, stuckey cant stretch the d, isn't a good dimes guy (real life and fantasy, more a scorers mentality) and isn't a plus defender. Anyone from BB monster feel this has any chance?
FilterGeorge Hill12/9/2014 2:29 AMJornViggo 100% (2)This team doesn't HAVE any starters besides West and Hibbert, maybe Solomon Hill now. Vogel's going to be mixing and matching lineups for a while until he figures out what works, you know considering the team hasn't been healthy all year. Things should normalize when George Hill gets back.
FilterGeorge Hill12/9/2014 1:33 AMkerim34 100% (1)There are subtle ways to tank. One way is to bring back your injured players back slowly. Check. The other is to play the bench more. Time will tell
FilterGeorge Hill12/8/2014 10:44 PMjphanned 100% (5)You mean the past 3 games where their starting lineup has been their worst five-man unit? -15 in 44 minutes, 89.8 ORtg, 101.6 DRtg. The notion that Frank Vogel would ever tank games is absurd. He's playing the bench more because the starters have continued to dig the team into big holes early on and generally haven't played well together.
FilterGeorge Hill12/8/2014 10:38 PMd82.edward 100% (2)Kerim34, I have league pass. I've seen them play quite a bit. Chris Copeland, Soloman Hill and Rodney Stuckey, are not legitimate NBA starters. The only two that are that are active are David West and Hibbert. The "bench guys" that are "eating into" should arguably be starting. Are Stuckey and Copeland much better than Miles and Watson? Vogel's working with what he has.
FilterGeorge Hill12/8/2014 10:12 PMkerim34 0% (4)Have you watched Indiana exclusively the last 3 games like I have? They are missing one starter right now. Coach Vogel continually gives the bench guys extended run which eats into the starters minutes. That's the way it is right now. He might change, but I wouldn't hold my breath
FilterGeorge Hill12/8/2014 10:01 PMd82.edward 67% (3)Kerim34, the reason their bench plays so much is because with all the injuries, all their healthy players are not starter caliber. I don't think they are tanking, they are working with what they have. I predict George Hill will have his best year in Indy with the extra shots and usage created by no Paul George or Lance Stephenson in the equation.
FilterGeorge Hill12/8/2014 8:53 PMmrg12686 100% (1)Thats because they've played most of the year with only one true starter healthy...
FilterGeorge Hill12/8/2014 8:07 PMkerim34 0% (4)Drop him, the pacers are in full tank mode, their bench plays more than any other team in the NBA
FilterGeorge Hill12/8/2014 5:23 PMEnderDantes 0% (0)No better options unfortunetly at this point. 4 weeks ago if they said he'd be out for almost as long as Jodi Meeks, there were good pickups. Not so much now. I think he'll be valuable too once he finally suits up.
FilterGeorge Hill12/8/2014 5:08 PMehrenberggreg 100% (2)If there are better options on the waiver then its okay to drop him there is a such thing as a sunk cost, but I still think he can be a valuable player down the stretch of the season
FilterGeorge Hill12/8/2014 4:45 PMEnderDantes 0% (2)This is unreal. His timeline keeps going further and further back. Can't drop now since I've held him this long, but man is this crazy. The Indy injury report team succcccks.
FilterGeorge Hill12/3/2014 2:42 PMdyraks 0% (0)I'd drop Stuckey in half a second for the hill upside. .keep Harris sneaky value
FilterGeorge Hill12/3/2014 2:41 PMdyraks 0% (0)hill has shown nice ability but remember he was the 3/4 wheel last year. this year he will be 1/2 and will have t he ball in his hands wayyyy more than last year. so an increase in assits is likely. his line could be similar to conley if everything falls right imo.
FilterGeorge Hill12/3/2014 2:00 PMthisguy 0% (0)I think Hill is gonna be more of a 3 and D guy, like he has been in the past, not too many ASTs, kindof like Beverly
FilterGeorge Hill12/3/2014 11:26 AMmrg12686 100% (1)Yea, based on what the other PGs (Sloan and Watson) have done I think he'll be scoring and dishing quite a bit. Comparingn him to Sloan, the addition of West is more than offset by Hill's talent advantage over Sloan;, so I think his number will be better. He's shown flashes of (relative) dominance in the past so I think he's got upside too.
FilterGeorge Hill12/3/2014 10:37 AMjasonbourne888 100% (1)I need PTS and AST, do you think George will get his PTS?
FilterGeorge Hill12/3/2014 10:24 AMjyang61107 100% (1)Yeah...BBM has been chanting stash Hill... I would do either.
FilterGeorge Hill12/3/2014 10:22 AMjasonbourne888 0% (0)Drop Deven Harris (+) or Rodney Stuckey (-) for Hill? Stupidly, I'm for Stuckey thinking he can get his game together under Vogel. I dunno.
FilterGeorge Hill11/29/2014 7:54 AMdyraks 0% (0)and I guess this is good news?.. I think we were all quietly holding our breath that his knee was actually in one piece
FilterGeorge Hill11/28/2014 5:47 PMmbuser 100% (5)So that's how a bruised knee keeps someone out this long. Because it was actually a tear in his quad. Thanks for the info, Pacers!
FilterGeorge Hill11/19/2014 6:46 PMipmop41 100% (1)I've been stashing him and it sucks! But i was looking at profile on Instagram the otherday and he seems chillin' like his injury is not a big deal. I needed somthing to keep the stash alive!!!
FilterGeorge Hill11/19/2014 2:44 PMmbuser 100% (1)The lack of specifics has been maddening. Obviously the issues ran deeper than a simple "bruise" but the Pacers have opted to provide no details.
FilterGeorge Hill11/19/2014 2:28 PMEnderDantes 100% (1)I own him and my concern is that its something worse and they are just not telling us in the hopes it goes away. There have been no reports about evaluations or him practicing or anything. Crazy for a bruised knee, if that's all it is.
FilterGeorge Hill11/19/2014 2:02 PMbig3 0% (0)How can someone miss 1.5 months with a bruised knee? Pacer tanking strategy?
FilterGeorge Hill11/17/2014 10:49 PMmbuser 0% (0)Yes, check the previous comments. We've been pretty steadfast about holding/rostering Hill where possible.
FilterGeorge Hill11/17/2014 10:30 PMunbigote 0% (0)Someone dropped him today, worth claiming on a waiver (would drop Chalmers).
FilterGeorge Hill11/17/2014 5:48 PMmbuser 0% (0)We're expecting Hill to be out through the end of November. "At least the next three games" is due to the roster exception that the Pacers were granted for AJ Price on Wednesday.
FilterGeorge Hill11/17/2014 5:47 PMdishinNswishin 0% (0)Don't get these vague and random "at least this much time" estimates. Pacers difficult to trust. How can someone be out this long with a knee contusion unless they're lying..Doubt he plays after 3 games or in November.
FilterGeorge Hill11/17/2014 5:32 PMfoshokleany 0% (0)i seen a update on rotoworld saying they are expecting him to miss at least another 3 games.
FilterGeorge Hill11/17/2014 4:16 PMmrg12686 100% (3)Any concern that we haven't heard any updates from Indy on this guy? Seems strange...
FilterGeorge Hill11/17/2014 2:25 PMtricci 50% (2)Drop DeMarre Carroll for Hill? I'm looking for another guard in a punt-AST
FilterGeorge Hill11/14/2014 9:53 AMjyang61107 0% (0)Looks good for me to pick him up after next week. Since my team plays 4 next week.
FilterGeorge Hill11/14/2014 9:40 AMliam4 0% (0)You'll know your league better. I'd drop Chalmers personally but only if I have room on my bench
FilterGeorge Hill11/14/2014 9:09 AMjyang61107 0% (0)Is it too early to stash him. If I do I would have to drop Mario Chalmer or Mike Dunleavy for him.
FilterGeorge Hill11/9/2014 11:44 PMmbuser 0% (0)See Justin's comment from two days ago. The hold makes sense, given what kind of expected production you'll get after he gets back.

FilterGeorge Hill11/7/2014 7:34 PMjphanned 0% (0)Hill and West's injuries got cleared for some reason (we'll look into it), but we'll get that fixed now. Thanks for the heads up.
FilterGeorge Hill11/7/2014 7:32 PMKoalaballa 0% (0)George Hill is showing up in my weekly projections for next week, is that right?
FilterGeorge Hill11/7/2014 1:41 PMjphanned 0% (0)Gonna hurt to carry him for another 4 weeks or so, but still a favorable situation with top-65 upside when he returns. I'd hold.
FilterGeorge Hill11/7/2014 1:16 PMcalvers 50% (2)If he's out til December, is he worth holding onto? :/
FilterGeorge Hill11/7/2014 12:58 PMmarky0307 0% (1)I cut bait with Hill less than 48hrs after knee injury.. Initial reports said he went for X-rays but the swelling was too much to determine anything..So to me that means this injury can be very seriuos..i picked up sloan and never looked back..Hill will return but I have no clue when...
FilterGeorge Hill11/5/2014 5:38 PMjphanned 0% (0)Turns out Mekel signing was more of an indictment about Rodney Stuckey than Hill.
FilterGeorge Hill11/5/2014 3:35 PMjphanned 0% (0)Possibly. Vogel recently said Hill is still "a ways away" from returning (see last status update). I'd say it's more insurance than anything though.
FilterGeorge Hill11/5/2014 3:28 PMmrg12686 0% (0)Does the Gal Mekel signing have anything to do with George Hill possibly being out longer than the 3 weeks?
FilterGeorge Hill10/27/2014 8:06 PMmbuser 0% (0)Sloan will play a lot, while both Hill and Watson are out, but there's no long-term appeal here and he's even limited in the short-term given his per-minute history. Grab him in deep leagues where you are happy to flip a roster spot but don't drop someone with season-long prospects.
FilterGeorge Hill10/27/2014 7:31 PMEnderDantes 0% (0)Hey buser, I hold him in a couple of leagues and I believe you do too. So you know my pain right now. Shoddy Indy reporting. Any thoughts on D. Sloan?
FilterGeorge Hill10/27/2014 2:23 PMmbuser 0% (0)Short- and long-term projections are all updated. Hill is a hold in standard leagues if you drafted him. Three weeks (-ish) isn't a large enough timeframe to cut a player of his expected production, and it doesn't make sense to pre-emptively assume a worst-case here where he'd be out much longer.

FilterGeorge Hill12/21/2013 3:18 PMPathdoc73 100% (2)Hill's usage seems to be permanently reduced given expanded facilitator roles for George and Stephenson. Even with Hill's efficient skillset, production seems too limited to justify projection.
FilterGeorge Hill11/11/2013 2:52 PMjohnd2442 100% (2)I was reading that blurb about him at Rotoworld, but with 7 assists in his last start, I'm not subscribing to that theory just yet.
