Maybe Add Kyle: Alvarado is a must-stream while the Pelicans are dealing with so many injuries, but his long-term value remains stunted, so sell-high during this stretch if possible, too.
Watch Josh: Likely a fluke, but he is talented and there are minutes available.
Josh: Nembhard and Nesmith were missing so Sheppard took advantage of the chance. I would keep an eye on him, but not overreacting to this game.
Watch Kyle: Sheppard took on big minutes and put together a nice line off the bench, and he could have added streaming value for at least deeper leagues in the short-term if/while Nembhard and Nesmith was out.
Must Add Josh: Can't see it lasting all year, but there are no bodies available, so he is must add.
Maybe Add 12 teams Kyle: Hawkins is playing through some back issues but also in line for great minutes and touches in the short-term while the team is dealing with injuries. Give him an add/stream if you need Threes and Points upside, but this is also a sell-high run.
Buy Low Josh: Assists are great, but the fga and fg% suck. There has been a large negative sentiment toward Hali for months now, so it leads to a lot of quick reactions. I would still target in a buy low.
Droppable Kyle: Nesmith is just a streamer in most leagues and OK to drop as needed if his status is in question.
Maybe Add 12 teams Josh: While Nembhard and Nesmith are hurt, Mathurin gets more chances to do stuff but also to cement a role.
Maybe Add 12 teams Kyle: If Nembhard continues to miss time, Mathurin is worth a look as a flier/stream to see where things go. I wouldn't expect this starting job to be permanent, though.
Must Add 12 teams Josh: Theis was healthy but Missi started. I still don't know if it hols when players return, but that's a while away.
Maybe Add Kyle: Missi started at center, and I'd be looking hard at taking a flier to see where his role and production go. There's more long-term potential with Missi as an add than Alvarado or Hawkins.
Josh: Started 2H for Nesmith but offered nothing. Maybe a stream if Nesmith misses.
Watch Kyle: Walker started the second half with Nesmith out and didn't do much, but this is a situation to watch as the Pacers deal with injuries and potentially could look to integrate Walker more.
Josh: There is a worry of a serious injury here. Judging by Carlisle's demeanour when asked about it, it's going to be season over with a torn Achilles. Their second centre to go down with that.

Kyle: Turner was back in action and played great. With Jackson out long-term, Turner is slated for big minutes going forward, too.

Watch Kyle: Toppin wasn't great here, but he's worth a little more attention with the injuries to the Pacers frontcourt possibly giving him added conditional streaming value and use for deeper leagues.
