Kyle: Sabonis flexed his stability with his 30th straight double-double, a Kings single-season franchise record.
Maybe Add 14 teams Josh: Returned from his absence, started, unexpectedly, and then played 35 minutes, while basically hitting every shot. It's huge, but as we have seen time and time again, he can't maintain it and he needs otherworldly shooting to sniff 12 team value. Nothing more than a stream.
Maybe Add 12 teams Kyle: Mathurin was back in action and shifted into the starting lineup with a huge game. He's OK to take a flier on or stream through the deadline to see if a bigger role is waiting for him, but this is also a sell-high moment for a good return given the inconsistency of coach Carlisle's rotations.
Droppable 12 teams Josh: Moved to the bench and was better, because of course? I don't trust his numbers enough.
Stream Kyle: Hield pushed to the bench and had a good game, so while his role appears to be shrinking, he played better here and is fine to stream, but this is also a sell-high moment and not something that needs to be chased. Obviously, with the deadline, a bigger role could find him soon, though.
Josh: He was a DNP yesterday and then started out of nowhere. I don't have enough faith in these rotation to even consider him as a stream
Sell High Kyle: We can look at this as a streaming situation to track, but with how mercurial the PG minutes are on the Pacers right now, I'd be selling high, not chasing McConnell beyond streaming use.
Josh: I do not understand it, but he went crazy again. I do not believe long term, but he is a stream guy now
Sell High Kyle: Stream and try to sell-high after Barnes' good games.
Josh: After a horrid run, he got more playing tim ehere. Brown will whip guys in and out of lineups quickly, so it is ever changing, but give him an add
Maybe Add 12 teams Kyle: Monk's minutes were back up, and he produced. We know we can't trust this to be consistent on the Kings, but after a lull, this could be the start of another good run.
Josh: I doubt he is moved anywehre, but as a starter, he would be an instant add.
Sell High Kyle: Jackson made a spot start with both Turner and Smith out and as good enough to watch for more streaming use, but this is also a sell-high moment.
Josh: With Mathurin back, he lost minutes. That's an interesting development. Hold him
Hold Kyle: Nesmith fouled out in just 27 minutes. I'd be holding pretty firm with how big his minutes were of late.
Droppable Kyle: Toppin is a streamer, add and drop as needed most places. This should have been a night he excelled with the frontcourt short.
Kyle: Haliburton came off the bench as the Pacers are trying to figure out how to let him play beyond the 20-minute threshold nightly without aggravating his hamstring. There's a big discussion that can be had about whether Haliburton is a sell-high or buy-low target based on how you think this continues the rest of the season.
Josh: Are we nearing the downturn? Maybe. Monk's minutes pished up, so Huerter's pushed dpwn. If he plays under 25 he is a drop
Josh: He has some problems with consistency obviously.
Buy Low Kyle: Murray had a poor night, but he's been too good this season to treat this as much more than a buy-low moment.
Droppable 14 teams Josh: Absolutely inexplicable rotations. I guess he isn't DNP each night, but there isn't anywhere near enough upside to roster him
Droppable Kyle: Wow. Out of the rotation for the night. Because of the b2b or because coach Carlisle is being weird? Either way, we can't be chasing someone who is going to just not play randomly like this, so Nembhard can be dropped as needed most places, especially with McConnell in the shuffle again. -- Coach Carlisle did say this was just a planned night off, so if you want to hold in deeper leagues, feel free.
